Calvin took up golf in late July, just before his 10th birthday, after receiving a hand-me-down set of clubs from his cousin. He took a lesson with John at Golden Gate Park Course in San Francisco and was hooked. He played golf for 7 days in a row after that lesson and has probably played 2-3 times a week every week since.
