I’ve missed the last 6 months because of a broken leg and torn legiments I my ankle, has anyone else experienced this and what swing exercises and drills can I do to get back into golf shape?

I have a different problem, but I'm working with both a sports medicine PT and a TPI certified trainer. I should have done that 12 years ago with a sprained ankle with a head fracture at the ankle of my fibia. Playing softball at 3-4 weeks later was also not my best decision. Get professional advice to advance your conditioning.
