You might want to follow up with Rob at Warringah Golf Club.

Titleist has nothing to do with FootJoy shoes.

Craig, this is a site for Team Titleist members to share. You probably will get better results contacting FootJoy's customer service or better yet, the Golf Club who may or may not have submitted your order in a timely manner. I understand your frustration but slamming this site will not help your cause. Hope you get your shoes soon.

I think you are barking up the wrong tree. Titleist makes golfballs and golf clubs and is owned by Acushnet, who also owns Footjoy, who make DryJoys and MyJoys. There is obviously a problem somewhere, but doubtful Titleist has anything to do with it. Try Footjoy.com.
  6. With an attitude like that, hopefully not till after golf season. Maybe the club screwed up in the process. Titleist and FJ customer service has always been the best. Maybe a few calls on your part might solve the problem instead of bashing FJ.

Craig, have you called the people where you ordered your shoes from?

If yes, what was the reason why it isn't in?

FYI: I've ordered more than enough MyJoys, and the time it's taken were in between 2 to 3 weeks.

BTW, this isn't the site for your shoes. Try calling FootJoy if you need to report this issue @ 800.224.8501

    Good luck.

Have you asked Rob at Warringah Golf Club to check on your order? If not, that is the first step I would take. Then ask him for your CID number and the order number, if he has those. You will most likely need those when you take the next step, if necessary. If Rob is unable to find out anything, then I would contact the FootJoy (not Titleist!) Customer Service folks for your area (different for different countries, etc.) and ask them about this. The usual delivery time for MyJoys is 2-4 weeks from the day the order is processed. Since the Chinese New Year (factory shut down) was in mid-February, your order might/might have been mislaid or overlooked.

Everyone is dead with the solution to your problem Craig. You need to contact Rob at the club in the UK. He should have all the information regarding your order and if it was actually ordered. He should be able to expeditite the information you are requesting and needing from FootJoy. These shoes were most likely order thru FootJoy.UK not US. We are not trying to shift blame but to point you in the right direction to get you action eliminating your problem, thus getting you your shoes. FootJoy's customer service is second to none and have customer service in the United Kingdom to help you. You can find them under www.footjoy.co.uk Cheers, Chuck....
