At the moment I have the Titleist made for Kai'li 65 in stiff installed
in my 910 D3 driver. I also have the Axivcore Tour green 65, which was
made up for me by a specialist, as I already had this shaft. However I
was looking at the 2011 options graph and was considering a Fubuki Tour
63 in stiff as it was in between the 2 shafts I already have.
What
I like about the Axivcore Tour Green 65, is the easy control I have
with it, it seems to suit my swing speed range well. However in summer I
would like a little more height - I like the roll out and the power
into the wind, but on a still day a higher flyer could be more
beneficial.
The Kai'li is a little soft for me, if I go after this
shaft I can snap hook it, but if I keep it calm I can get draw to
straight. It has a slightly higher trajectory than the Axivcore but
lacks the roll out at the end.
I have a miz mp 3 wood with
their Fubuki stiff shaft in, this club suits me perfectly, hence wanting
to see if the Fubuki Tour shaft was worth a purchase... any feedback on
this shaft would be nice ( and yes the 3 wood does not make the nice
noise and sounds a bit dead - but flight and distance are fantastic)
With
regards the weight kit, I was wondering if I may ease a little more
height out of the Axivcore by replacing the 7gram weight to a 9 or
possibly a 12 (might be too far!), so any feed back on this would be
great.
