We have seen that on "fake" Camerons, but very rarely (if at all) on a geniune Scotty. Please take your club to an authorized Titleist pro shop and have them set up an inspection and repair. Your shop can let you know if it is a Warranty issue and if not, how long and how much it would take to repair/replace.
