I have been looking in to buying a new 3 wood lately and I am especially interested in the 910 series, but I'm not sure on which model would best suit my plans for the club. I would mostly use it off of the tee, but what I'm afraid of is that if I ever need to hit it off the turf, then the Fd would be more difficult to use. I am of course wanting more distance with the shot, but more importantly, I want to make sure I get the shot off correctly. Any insight to this would be greatly appreciated.

I have both the Fd 13.5 and F 15, and both work well off the fairway. For hard dry fairways, however, neither works so great! Both are very long. The Fd is about the same as my driver off the tee!

    Hey Adam,

I went with the 13.5Fd because i wanted to hit it off of the tee as well on tight par 4's but I haven't had a problem hitting the Fd off of the deck for par 5's.  I will say that the flight penetrates through the wind quite well, but if you want to hit it high or low you can always adjust the SFT hosel.
