A vintage hickory putter found at Goodwill

    Any hickory club collectors out there? I picked up this gem for $3 at a Goodwill story in suburban Atlanta today. AI research tells me it's legit. H&B Powerbilt model 47 with Reg. 4780 on the sole. Shaft and grip appear to be original. AI says it's likely from the early 1930s. Curious what it's worth to a collector.     Nice find. You might try and actually find a collector or local appraiser in Atlanta that can help. Most of us are just loyal Titleist enthusiasts and probably not the best source for the information you are after. Good luck. I have my old hickory iron hanging in the golf office.

    I would suggest that you type in "Hickory shafted putters" on google or any search engine that you use. Will take you to a number of sites. eBay is all over the board with people asking various prices and Esty is asking realistic prices. Spend some time on the internet and you will find out what it is worth. Dale has made some good suggestions for you as well. Research and yea shall find. That is what we do for our team Titleist members regarding Titleist products. Goodwill is a great place to pick up some gems. My buddy picked up a Scotty for $10.
