My order took 3 weeks to arrive

….Yes. Backups are inevitable with popular new releases. Store rack quantities weren’t made since your order. Most likely made 2-3 months ago. Doesn’t make the wait any easier.

Just an FYI for anyone with orders in process or about to be placed.....Did a fitting last week and the fitter said Titleist is shutting down all of their production for 2 full weeks in order to implement/upgrade a bunch of their process software.....so ship times for almost all orders are about 4-5 weeks right now. At least that's what I was told last week....I think the fitter said his system said "35 days"

I just entered an order through this site and saw a message at the end which told me the same thing. Maybe the process will go quickly and smoothly so that orders can be processed a bit more quickly. End of August seems so, so far away ...

Ordered my GTS2 5w July 2, and pre-ordered the GTS 300 the day it was released, July 14.. Got a shipping notice for the 300 yesterday (yay!) but still no word on the 5w ...

Updating today as I received an email letting me know my GTS 3 has shipped. That is faster than I expected, but the SM11 54 F has not yet been updated. I don't need that quite as quickly, though.

I tested and preorder my GTS2 5w on 06/03. Titleist took longer than originally expected and shipped my order on 07/08 and it was delivered on 07/16. I was told that I’d have the club in a wwwk or two so when that fell through I just went to pga superstore and bought a GTS3 5w off the rack.

Today I finally got around to returning the GTS2 which was still sealed in Titleist’s delivery box and picked up a GTS300 mini driver. I wanted the Titan Black shaft option which wasn’t available in store so I went with the Tensei white shaft instead of waiting another 6+ weeks for an order to be delivered.

Supply and demand sometimes creates backlogs in this business. Happens every time there is a new release. Nothing new. All depends on shaft/head/grips. Always check with the Titleist account where you purchased the club, they should be able to get updates for you very quickly, in that, they have the order number. Just saying. Been on here a long time.

Did inquiry and was told yesterday by very reliable source that no products by FJ or Titleist will be shipped until August 10th, due to shut down. Has to do with updates of systems.
