    Current setup after a fitting and a few tweaks. 3 T250U 4 T250 5 → PW T150 plus 50 / 54 / 58.

Curious what other TT members would change, add, or swap out , always like seeing how everyone gaps their bag.

I would bend the 50 to 49 as I find that gaps better for me.

I forgot to mention i had the PW bent from 44 to 45°
  4. Loving the setup. I'm a u505 player over the T250U, I was just hitting it a bit higher. I see you don't have a wood in the bag, I highly HIGHLY recommend testing out the GT1 3Tour. I was just fitted for one a week ago and it's amazing with the right shaft combo.

Appreciate it! During my long-game fitting I hit my old non-Titleist 5-wood, which I ended up selling right after the fitting, as the numbers just weren’t there. I tested a few options and was much more consistent with a utility. I was seeing around 240–250 total, which I was really happy with.

I also tried the u505 and it performed well, but I preferred the look of the T250U at address. We gave the 1-iron a fair shot too, but it just wasn’t happening for me. Always open to testing new options down the road — I’ll definitely keep the GT1 3-Tour in mind. Thanks for the suggestion

I would add a 5 wood for versatility on long par 5's. Since You play the T250 U I would leave a Mini Driver or 3 wood out the conversation.

I still can't figure out my driver. I'm probably losing 1.5 strokes off the tee.
I was testing minis but I hated how the TM felt, and loved the GT280, but none of the stock shafts fit my swing at all, especially cause they'll only have 1-2 X-Stiffs and it's always HZRDUS which is the worst for my swing. I would have to get fit and I'm not willing to spend all that money, it should be spent on lessons... Haha

    3W TSR3 @16.5°
3i U500, I hit the 5W proably the best out of any club, but it goes too high for these TX winds...

I might set my 3W back to 15° and then put a 5W at 18° in place of my driver.

I really, really, really want to game my Scotty Cameron TeI3 Newport 2... but I have been convinced the condition is too good to use it. Haha.
So... my PLD Anser is staying in the bag as it has been short of brief time outs for the past 4 years. It's the oldest club in the bag. Haha.

Might add the new SM wedges when they come out this year, in February. 52.08* and 56.10*, that is once I am released to start playing again.
  9. I am looking at new putters right now, leaning towards the new phantom.

I just picked up a new Lob wedge and absolutely love it - I couldn't wait for the SM11's to come out, and couldn't pass up the deal that I got this for.

The mini-drivers continue to peak my interest - maybe that is because I haven't been able to hit one yet.

I did have the GT1, but just switched out for the GT3.

After this year of upgrades (Driver, Lob Wedge, 3 Wood, Hybrid), I am finally content with my bag......besides the new putter at least :)

But thats what I love about this game and TT forum....the constant tweaking, fine tuning, and pursuit of greatness that keeps us excited and energized to play this great game and share what we each learn. Thanks again!
