I finally upgraded from 714 AP2s to T150s this winter and am so excited to start the Minnesota golf season with these beautiful irons. I had a blast in the "lab" customizing and getting these fit for me. I could not believe how fast the order processed, shipped and received in under 2 weeks! The only caveat was the grip orientation was incorrect. Not the end of the world but a comfort thing I have learned to like when addressing my golf ball. When I reached out to Titleist the DTC Sales Specialist was quick to deflect that they may have made a mistake even after shown the order form that showed the correct orientation. Like I said, not the end of the world just disappointing to spend that kind of money for new clubs and not receive what was ordered plus a cold shoulder response from the company I have bought my last 3 iron sets through.

Glad to see that customer service corrected their error and you will have plenty of time to enjoy your new clubs. Titleist is number one is customer service. Sorry you have to air your dirty laundry publically among a Titleist loyalist's site, which Team Titleist is. To err is human and I am from the old school of praising publically. Cheers. =)

Sadly, they did not correct their error.

EB, Sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order. I know tens of thousands of satisfied customers have received theirs without issue, even when requesting unique builds. As for this forum, I am not sure what you want from us, the TT community? I might recommend anyone else, or you on your future orders, that have an unusually request like turning down logos our tape build up that might worry about being a rare exception of an assembly error or a input error from the original request into the Titleist computer build sheet, maybe just have the clubs sent with the grips uninstalled and do it yourself or have a local shop put them on for you. I like to do my own grips as I have smaller hands and stretch them down a bit from their normal .580 size. Again, sorry you ended up as one of the rare unsatisfied customers as you will be playing those great T150's, some of the best irons ever.

I go for a whole bag fitting on Wednesday, very much looking forward to it. That's a bummer that happened to you. I'd assume they may have rushed a bit when they put it on hence receiving them in under two weeks. Hoping mine come aligned correctly, that would drive me nuts. Go to your golf shop bag room and use their mineral spirits gun with the needle and stick it in the grip and squirt. May have to stick it in the grip twice in different spots but it will loosen up and you can maneuver them to the correct position.

I would just take them to Golf Galaxy and have them regripped. Good luck with the new sticks!
