I have a shaft I'd like to install in my 910. I would have gotten it through Titleist direct, but it's a tour only profile shaft that was done in a small run only, and I'd like to use it in my 910D3.
How much is Titleist tipping the shafts before installing them in the 910 sleeves, if any?
I'd like the shaft to play to flex, because it's a slightly higher launching shaft that I need/want. Not looking to tip it in order to lower the flight and spin, but wanting to know if any tipping is to be done to the shaft before install.
It's a Project X shaft if it matters with a 3in tip section.
Anyone reshaft a 910 sleeve and know what you did? Anyone at Titleist care to pass along any info on the shafting and tipping info?
