Hey guys, I 've had this Pro Platinum Coronado for a while now, and it is due for a restoration.  I am not sure of what custom options I want to do(stamping,paint-fill, etc.), so I posted a couple of pictures of the putter to get other people's opinions.

I would go full restoration with as much Alma Mater College stuff I could fit!  If you call the shop, you can talk to an actual Studio person who would be happy to guide you through very personal customizations.  Very cool.

Where did you go...or where do you want to go?  ;)

@ RC, The college theme sounds like a really good idea.  I guess I will wait until March when I receive all of my acceptances; my top 3 schools are University of Florida, Florida State, and Ole Miss.

Thank you for all of the info guys.  Do you guys think that a full restoration will take away all the nicks and dings in the putter?

Whatever you decide, make sure you go with at least 1 Custom Shop stamp - that way it will have a unique look forever.  I would also suggest that you do a CS grip and pick up a CS headcover to match.  Good luck!

I would also make sure you get a LL adjustment/ check.  The CS does amazing work, and you would be shocked how out of whack a putter can get.  If you're getting it pimped, it'll be free too!

I like the college idea as well.  Check out the website and make sure you get a new grip and headcover for that beauty!!!  Make sure you post some pics when it gets completed!!!

  10. You could always go with your favorite color(s), school color(s), birthstone color, initials, etc...In Scotty's Custom Shop, the options are endless.

Honestly, restoration alone is amazing.  If you want it to look like new, just keep all the options as restore to original.  The only change I made to mine was a single sight line and I love it.

They call it the custom shop because, well....its custom!  Do whatever you want.  Match your headcover, shaft band, and grip.....or get 3 crazy colors.  Get a custom stamp, or get "GAMER" put on the front.  All up to you, and no matter what you get I guarantee you will like it.  Restoration is amazing.

  12. Quick question: did you get a sight line added where there wasn't anything or was there a sight dot and you got it changed to a sight line? The lady I spoke with told me they couldn't change a sight dot to a line, which is what I wanted. (I have the same Coronado as the guy started this thread)
