910 Delivery Time

    I was wondering on the delivery time of my 910 D3 I had ordered.  I had read some other posts that listed a week turnaround IF they had the shaft in stock.  The shaft I ordered on mine was a 44.5" Project X 6.5 Flex.  I ordered mine through Golfsmith.  Golfsmith gives absolutely no communication on delivery time at all.  I have actually ordered all my Titleist clubs through Golfsmith. 

    I ordered my AP2 irons, 909 Hybrids and a Vokey Wedge through Golfsmith last spring.  The irons arrived in a week, the hybrids a week and a half and the wedge took over a month.  Golfsmith communicated no information on any of the orders with me.  It has now been close to 2 weeks on the 910 D3 and I have read others get theirs in a week.  So since Golfsmith can not seem to get me any information, I was hoping someone from Team Titleist could maybe let me know.  Half of my Titleist orders in the past were delivered by FedEx to the closest golf course for no reason at all.  Since FedEx has delivered to the wrong location in the past, and it is possible since I do not live in the nicest area that someone took my package, I was wondering if I could get an ETA. Has it been delivered and it is missing?

    Hi Todd,

    I had a similiar thing happen to me last summer.  Golfsmith sent my clubs to the wrong address and it literally took them months to fix the situation.  Their website makes it easy to order but you cannot get any updates on the status of your clubs.  My recommendation is to find a PGA Professional who represents Titleist at one of your local clubs.  My pro stays in contact with his Titleist rep and gives me updates on any delays or issues when I order.  I think you will have a better experience this way.  I know I have.  Good luck getting your club.

    You can call our club concierges at 1-888-TITLEIST and they might be able to help you out. However, we also recommend contacting the retailer you purchased the driver from to speak with them about the status of your order. Thanks a lot.
