My previous driver was a Titleist 909 D2. I hit my new 910 D2 straighter and a tad longer.

Most golf companies these days make their drivers 46-1/2" long. This is mainly to add length to each drive. Now that would be easier to control if you were 6'5" tall. But for a guy like me who is 5'6" that is very difficult to hit the fairway consistently. Most tour players have been cutting their shafts to 44-3/4" for added accuracy. Which is exactly what i did with my Cobra S2 but I lost about 15 yards. I bought the 910D3 RIP60S D2 setting. This shaft is 45" long and I gained about 25-30 yards and hitting the fairway like a pro!
