I am a left handed golfer who has been playing for the past 4 years somewhat consistently. I have used the Cleveland CG-12 wedges for a majority of that time. I figured it would be in my best interest, like most amateurs in my position, to replace my old wedges before the biggest groves are no longer on the market.
After considering my options for wedges, it really didn't take long at all to realize the Vokey Design Spin Milled wedges were everything I was looking for. From performance to being visually pleasing, it really was the only wedge on the market that passed the test for me. I could write what I didn't like about the other brand's wedges but I don't feel doing that is appropriate.
With the new purchase of my three new tour chrome Vokeys, I already notice a big improvement of my performance around the greens and from 120 yards and in. With my full shots, I see a much higher trajectory as well as an increase in backspin on my ball. With what feels to be a heavier club head than my previous set of wedges, I feel as if this has improved my touch around the greens by making it easier to "let the club do all the work."
Overall, I am so pleased with my purchase and really can't believe that I haven't been using them from the beginning. I am very proud to be able to be able to use such great technology along with spreading the good word on the Titleist brand.
