Titleist Ap1 2008 model aftermarket shaft

     My AP1's currently have the project X 6.0's and I was considering switching out to KBS Tour 90 120 gram shafts. I'm hitting my irons great and very consistent, with the 6.0's.  If any one is currently playing the KBS shafts, would it be worth the swap?

    Im sorry why would you change then?? what are you trying to change?

    KBS is designed by the same guy who designed Project X shafts, they are very similar in ball flight with generally slightly more spin and slightly higher launch with KBS. Feel is not as "muted" as Project X, in a sense they feel more like Dynamic Gold. I have heard them referred to as the flight of Project X with the feel of Dynamic Gold.

     The only reason I really want to change them is to get more feeling out of my irons. I feel like I do get a as you put it a "muted" feeling with the Project X, so I feel after reading your reply it would make sense to change them out.

    Did you end up changing them over. If so how was the change. I am looking at making a similar move but from DGS300 to KBS Tour 90.

    I ordered mine with the KBS Tours.  They are the perfect blend of the PX and DG's
