Does anyone know when the weight kit will be available? It was changed for me when I was getting fitted, but the 910 doesn't come with the weight kit.

The drivers are shafted to the specs ordered and then a weight is added to get the driver into the swingweight range titleist or the custom order is looking for usually in the D1-D4 area.

with that being said dont worry too much about what specific gram weight is in the head, just make sure the swingweight is where you want. because of manufacturing tolerances heads can be a few grams difference so a head with a 7 gram weight in it could actually weigh the same as a different head with a 5 gram or 9 gram weight in it

as for availability, it should be available right now in the USA as i have one on order, but for some reason they are not available until Jan. in Canada according to Acushnet Canada. (not sure why since all the Canadian products come from the Carlsbad facility anyways)

should be somewhere in the $25-$39 range for 5 weights of 2g, 5g, 7g, 9g, 12g as well as the holder where the weights screw in

Wish I could get my hands on a 9g weight for my driver as its a little light, however i'm being told I have to wait until the kit becomes available in Jan. in Canada and you can't just get one weight you need to buy the whole kit.....hopefully in the future you will be able to get one weight, because what happens if you need a 9g weight for your driver as well as your hybrid then you have to go out and buy 2 kits???? seems kind of silly to me.

  4. I am also waiting on my order.  I have now been told that it may not be shipped until mid march.

I believe Titliest did not expect such demand and is now trying to catch up with the back orders.

  5. Hi Guys, I had similar concerns.

However if you look at the 5 7 & 9 gram weights you'll see that they are the same overall dimension just drilled out a bit more each time to get the lighter weight.

Get an electronic kitchen scale mix a bit of tungsten powder with some rat glue and add it to the hole in the SFT 7 gram weight.

Needs a bit of trial & error but I reckon you could bring the weight up to where you want it. Beyond 9 you probably will need the kit.

Also if you wanted to go lighter you will need the kit. ( not sure if you could drill the weight out).

I looked into this before I ordered my driver so I ordered with 5 gram weight so I have the option of around two swingweights without spending another $30 or whatever ( $30 towards the hybrid. I've already ordered the F/w).

CC Titleist Really we need to be able to order weights individually not as a kit!!  Say $10 a time.

    Regards Chris

  6. What seem s to be the big hold up for the 910 Precision weight kits?  I've had an order in since Jan. and the shipping date keeps getting moved back (3 times) Jan 14, then Feb 14, now it's March 14.

  7. hi there the weight kit is on ebay brand new so you dont have to worry about fake goods its the same kit you get from titleist

I ordered my weight kit through my pro shop. It arrived in less than a week.
