Man, TS4 is about to be introduced. Wonder if a few will make it out to the Pinehurst event in a couple of weeks? I'd love to swing one a few times. They probably won't be at the regular fittings for a few more months. And my TS3 still has that "new car smell".

Hi Dale, We identified a small number of players that needed lower spin than was possible with the TS3 and created the TS4 as a line extension. We anticipate most players to fit into the TS2 or the TS3 for optimum launch and spin, but for that niche group of players that needed even lower spin, now we have an option - TS4.

The launch for the TS4 is late June.
  3. Hi Cathi,
I hit a very high ball even with my 8.5 degree 917 d3, hzrdus yellow 6.5(smoke yellow coming tomorrow!!!). Attack angle is about +1.5. I will try this out on trackman, but do you think this could help lower my trajectory? Seems like it could /should. Thank you!

I too am intrigued. Probably isn't a good fit for me and certainly don't need one, but, likely won't be able to fight off the urge.

    Hi Guys,
    So it's not a joke, April 1st.
Titleist launched this week their Titleist TS 4 models out on tour.

To give you a closer look:

Looking forward to see your comments.
The production line / available in stores are in the UK: JUNE 2019.

Designed to be a spin killer, the TS4 is for the guy looking to…you guessed it, cut spin. The conventional wisdom is that small, sub-460cc designs are for better players seeking enhanced workability. And while that’s certainly one category of potential TS4 player, it’s not the only one.

    Happy swings,

    Bart

Just read an article about the new TS4 that has been released to the PGA pro's. Love the classic look of the pear shaped 430cc head with the usual high gloss black finish that we see in the TS2 and TS3 line. I have settled into and love my TS2 that I was fitted for by Titleist last season and I am glad to see that Titleist is reaching out to players that can benefit from the robust low spinning TS4. I am looking forward to see the TS4 in action as The Masters is just around the corner.

    Well done Titleist. Well done.

    I want this NOW.

I was going back and fourth between TS3 and ST190. I didn't love the look of either at address.

TS4 looks like a 910 on steroids and I don't want to wait until June. Release it already!! It's going straight in the bag.

Funny reading the uproar on social media over the release of this head.. Seems that most would be hitting knuckleballs it it!

Well that is right up my alley. I am excited to try it, at the very least.

I would love to be gaming a 430CC head, but I certainly don't need one with lower spin than my TS2.

I checked out the TS4 link and couldn't help but notice the real"Concealed Weapons" carry State maps ad...lol I thought it was about the need to hide the new TS 4 from your golf partners under a blank driver headcover.

Probably not for me but I would love to test one, just in case. Guess a demo run is in my future.

Sounds like a ultra low spin killer for the tour pros or very good player .Im happy with my current driver giving me a average of 2100rpm don’t think I could go lower spin wise .
  14. Will certainly be giving this rascal a run out when it gets to my stockist!!

  15. I was just about to pull the trigger on a TS2, and this comes along. I know the forgiveness of the TS2 will help me, but I could also use less spin. Decisions, decisions.....Any chance these will be at the Titleist Thursdays in April?

  17. OMG Titleist, what have you done to me? I JUST BOUGHT a TS3 last month, Numbers were great in the Sim, just waiting for better weather here in upstate new York to put a virgin PRO V 1 behind it on the course and now I see this new model. I made it to 2019, never having a 460 cc driver head, ever in my golf career, but finally relented this year and faced the music. I have always had less than 460cc for the sole reason that they are just too big for my eye (the TS3 is tolerable) I was always aware I sacrificed forgiveness for the smaller head and I accepted it. Now I see this, and the Blood pressure is rising...… yeah if the numbers are there, yeah gonna buy it
  18. I am excited to learn more about these clubs, the TS3 seems like it could be a good driver for me, need to switch drivers. The TS4 I think would not be to my liking with the lower spin, but who knows.
  19. A few months ago, I would have thought the TS4 would be perfect for me. I had a high-spinning drive that tended to balloon in the slightest breeze. I was getting fitted for a new TS2 or 3 (no 4 out yet) when my fitter noticed a bit of a wrinkle in my swing that needed ironing out. A few swings later, my spin rates dropped from 3800 to 2500 rpm and a much more consistent ball flight. I still have some work to do, but I'll be smiling while I do it with my new TS2 in my hands.
  20. Mind if I ask what the few wrinkles were? I’m working to bring my spin rate down on my driver as well, typically in the 3800-4300 range, so losing a lot of distance and balloons in any kind of wind.
  21. Been playing the TS2 this year.... by far the best driver ever invented. Just hard to believe how good this driver is.
  22. I've been using the TS2 .. WOW... by far the best driver I have ever used . Always in the fairway and 20 yards longer than my Titleist 915d. I would not have believed it unlit I hit it.
    Very easy to hit.
  23. Where in the UK will I be calm to get fitted for the TS 4?

Just got back from the PGA superstore and hit the TS4 in the hitting bay. Looks beautiful. The head is the perfect shape and has a nice set up. Much quieter along the lines of the TS2 & 3 I hit when they lauched last year. The biggest selling point is as advertised, lower spin. I'm looking forward to hitting it outside on grass to get a better feel. Nice addition to the TS line.
