    Hi Team Titleist,

Hoping your New Year is going well on and off the course.

I've been on the fence for a while about the 718 AP3 and not really sure why I waited so long. But, December last year, I've been wanting to get fitted for it. I've had a couple of great opportunities to get fitted with Titleist professionals though my schedules did not permit. With some luck, I was able to get three different fittings and made sure I am being fitted for the correct shafts and measurements. Prior to that, I also were able to try a 7i to take with and try.

To say the least about my fitting experiences, I've enjoyed it completely!! I am confident that with the help of the modern tools and a few good guys, I have arrived to the best possible set up spec for my new irons.

To top it off, my order went in January 8th, and I picked up my new clubs from the pro shop today, the 11th. WOW!!, three days, guys- that's digit "3" in days!! All along this very short time, Cathi, our dear Club Concierge, gave me the thrilling news as she made sure it went through the process. This was a very nice surprise to me because all my other inquiries from different places said it would take 2-3 weeks. "Titleist rules!" ...as my son said to me :-)

The following are the specs if there's interest to see them:

5i through GW- a seven piece set Nippon Shaft- MODUS3 TOUR 105- stiff, logo under at address position, standard length Golf Pride Tour Velvet grip- standard, one tape Lie: 2 degrees UP Loft: standard

    I - AM - SO - STOKED :-)

    Best,

    No'l

Guess you are gaming them at Rancho Vista Golf Course? Played it once in my old Lockheed Martin days, nice track. Can get a bit windy out there.

Ha ha... Rancho Vista is a fun course, and I've played there at least a handful of times- their greens this time of year are amazing. But I've been playing at Muroc Lake gc it's in Edwards AFB. Give me a heads up if you get a chance to swing by again, we could play Crystalaire cc.

The clubs are doing its job real well- some of the guys noticed, too. :-)
