  1. Does Titlest use the same heads (weight) on stock graphite and steel shafts?

Hi Terrence, Yes, we use the same heads. Our stock graphite shafts are lower balanced so that they swingweight the same in our AP1 heads, and 1 less (D1 vs D2) in our AP2, AP3, etc.
  3. Good info Cathi and always spot on. If I were to order AP2 with Tensi AMC Graphite Regular shaft with a Tour Velvet mid size grip + 1/2 inch long and 1 degree upright what would that swingweight out to without any special request? Thanks

The extra 1/2 inch will add approximately 3 swing weight points and the mid size grip will deduct 1 swing point- a 4 gram lighter head would be needed to bring the swing weight back to the D1 Cathi indicates, but, if you want to be at D2 only 2 grams lighter (in the head) is needed.
As long as you specify the desired swingweight Titleist will advise if it can't be met- otherwise they build without any adjustment to swing weigh- see prior discussion below:

Unless you specified a swing weight It is quite possible they wouldn't adjust the swing weight- the additional 1/2 inch would add 3 swing weight points making them D5. I would contact your fitter to discuss any possible adjustments and Titleist to make any the adjustments to maintain your warranty

Hi Kurt, Joseph is right. We would not make any adjustments to swingweight unless a swingweight was specified. We don't really know who the clubs are for and can't presume swingweight. We would recommend having your fitter watch you hit them and the two of you can make the decision together as to how you want to proceed.
