I ordered a 917 F2 15 deg with a adalia tour green 85 xstiff, tipped 1 1/2 in, 1/2 in short with a golfpride mcc midsize with 2 extra wraps on low hand. I requested d4 swing weight. Can anyone tell me what weight I should have gotten in the head?

This is a guess based on what you have specified but standard would be D3 and playing 1/2 inch short would reduce the swing weight but the larger grip might offset that some but not entirely.... so I'm guessing to go up to D5 you're looking at needing an extra 3-4 grams in the head so standard 16 or perhaps 18 gram weight in the head.

1/2 inch shorter reduces swing weight 3 points and the MCC Midsize and additional tape would equal a reduction of two points so to get to D4 you need an additional 12 grams- 2 grams in the head for 1 swing weight change. The shaft weight can also be a factor as a difference of +/- 9 grams = +/- 1 swing weight point- this is not exact as the actual change depends upon the weight distribution within the shaft.

You should probably get the heaviest and then it may still be light, 1/2" short is roughly 3 points and then the midsize grip will be a few more points so like Joseph said you are close to 10-12grams of headweight needed.
