    How will switching from the TT XP90 r300 shafts in my 716 AP1 irons to the Project X 5.0 irons shafts affect the swingweight?

    Two different shafts in your irons? The xp90 is lightweight high ball flight. The r300 and the Project X 5.0 are similar in ball flight and weight

    Hi Thomas,

    Assuming standard length, grip, and grip size the swing weight should increase one point from D1 to D2.

    5.0 will slightly increase your swing weight but would produce similar ball flight, check out 5.5 or 6.0 if your looking to lower your trajectory, if that is what you are trying to accomplish?
