Not Titleist clubs but FJ.com recently changed to allow private online sales.

I think you're out of luck. Titleist is very good at working with it's retailers, be they green grass or otherwise. You can download up above the full catalog and figure out any custom order you want to come up with as far as putting a shaft combination together. I'd recommend you head to an authorized Titleist retailer and set up with a fitter and get it all done right to make sure what you are thinking is right.

Titleist supports their dealer network by not doing online ordering around them. Any authorized dealer can and most pro shops will, order any club in any configuration directly with Titleist. Some sports stores may try to steer you to on hand inventory. There are brick and mortar outlets that do online business as well. I normally purchase locally but I have bought the occasional piece from a store in Oregon that d.b.a. as Dan's online.

I don't believe you can order directly from Titleist. I'd recommend going to your local Titleist rep and get fit properly. You may find a diff shaft and or club choice may work better than you thought. I just did this and I'm currently waiting on my new Ap2's to arrive.

Titleist does not sell directly to consumers. You will need to purchase you irons through an authorized Titleist retailer.
