    I currently have a set of CB irons from 3-pw, which i really like. However i would like more forgiveness that the 3 & 4 irons currently offer, and have been looking at the possibility of replacing them with utility irons. I already have an 18 degree hybrid in the bag. Would people recommend using these utility irons, are they easy enough to hit, and is there any difference between the 712 & 716 models?

    Hey James,

    I would go and try them out. The T-MB's are great clubs especially if you are looking to replace your CB 3 and 4 iron. I have the T-MB 3 and 4 irons in my bag, with 716 AP2's 5 and 6 and 716 CB's 7-PW. The T-MB's look great at address. They perform well all around, launch the ball high and forgiving on miss hits. I believe the biggest difference between the 712 and 716 is tungsten and where they placed it. Good luck with your decision.
