716 MB Irons

    I got my new 716 MB irons 3-PW in today.

    Great service from Titleist and Tee Golf Club.

    Std length, std lie, S300 TT Dynamic Gold shafts.

    I am doing gapping tests on my launch monitor today and will take them on course tomorrow. So far so good with the gaps about 10 yards per club and I am getting great spin numbers and low launch.

    Just awaiting a 52* Vokey SM5 wedge to arrive and a Sta Dry Titleist cart bag.

    I played only blades when I was teen to mid 20's and have been playing some rsi2 irons since Aug 2015. I could never afford Titleist when I was a kid growing up downunder so am chuffed to have my dream set in the bag. So far I am hitting them in the middle which is very nice

    Andrew you're going to love those irons. The gaps are great although I'll bet that as you get more comfortable with those irons you will find more distance with each. Have fun, nothing like new clubs to make your day.

    I am thinking about a mixed bag...AP1 and AP2 with my vokey wedges.......but your set up looks very sexy.....not sure my handicap would benefit from that setup though........looks great regardless!!

    They are beautiful i got mind just before Christmas. I Played last Sunday three birdies on the par threes , each one a six iron stiff .....hope it continues

    Irony is that I am hitting them better than my Taylor Made irons probably due to the better feel and my history with small headed blades. When hit in the screws they are just so pure

    I got 9 holes in the rain yesterday playing 3 balls a hole.... mishits were as expected but I flushed most shots. Very nice clubs and not much shorter than my other clubs on a loft * basis (My old 4 iron is 21* whereas the 716MB is a 3 iron at that loft)
