Titleist never seems to disappoint . I stopped into a golf galaxy today curious to see and hit the new TM M 1. I would never consider switching brands ,my love for Titleist is too strong. However, I do like to demo anything and everything. It puts perspective on reviews and preferences. The M 1 driver and 3 were actually the best TM metals I've hit but nothing to compare against my 915 D3. But then I noticed a 716AP2 demo right there in the simulator. WOW! 180 + yards 1" in a row. Thinking the sim was in need of calibration I asked for a 714. The employees know me by name , which is probably an indication of a golf addiction , but non the less I was hitting the 714 my usual 168-70. I'm trying not to think about it, but those 716's were beautiful to hit. Time to contact Manchester to get a fitting date

I have also noticed added distance with my new AP2 716s over my old AP2 712s. No complaints here. Awesome irons.
  3. Just got my 716 AP2's last week and I love them. Great forgiveness with the classic Titleist feel, look, and workability. They are by far the best irons I have ever owned.

That's great to hear Steve! Like you, I love going to demo days in the beginning of the year and trying out all of the new clubs just to see what's out there.. And like you my love for Titleist is too strong and would NEVER consider switching. I just like testing out other clubs.

I got my time reserved at the lane and cannot wait. Doing iron/hybrid and wedges.. Cannot wait...

I purchased the 716 AP2's with the TTDG S-300 AMT's and I'm positive I picked up 10 yards per club over the 714 AP2's. They are softer feeling as well. Awesome clubs.
