Had my 716 fitting today at a trackman fitting centre in the Netherlands. i've played the 714AP2 for the last 2 years and loved them from the beginning. As my swing speed increased i wanted a new iron set. Didn't like the new 716AP2. In my humble opinion to much bling. I loved the 714 CB's when i saw them but then chose for the AP2's.

Now fitted the CB's hit a 6 and 7 iron 1/2 inch extended. Incredible what a iron. Respect how much forgivingness Titleist gets in this small package. Of course you feel miss hits immediately and the feedback is awesome. But miss hits fell short but not significant in my opinion. I hit some different shafts including PXi, Rifle Project X, Dynamic Gold AMT and KBS TOUR. 

KBS Tour worked perfect for me, the CB in combination with this shaft with the stiffer tip gives so much feedback and is quite long for a very (really very :-)) thin cavity. I hit them about 8 yard further then my Project X 5.5 AP2/714 but that could maybe be the stiffer shaft. My swing speed with a 7 iron is about 93 mph. 

I'm a big Titleist adapt since I play golf. The clean looks and the missing of big booming media schnickschnack like cally and Tailor-made made me love this brand. The AP 716 range was not for me but the CB with the little extra help from the tungsten in the longer irons made it all for me!

Now waiting for my clubs and practicing for the new season in 2016!!
