  1. Hi - I bought a hybrid and fairway 915 a couple of weeks ago, and have found out now that there is no torque wrench included with either. I've looked through some old posts and can see that wrenches have been provided to stores in the past, but wanted to clarify the current situation ?

I must admit, I was a bit surprised that a wrench was not included consdering the money spent.

Nice to know Cathi.  Thank you.  Chuck.

  3. Hi Cathi - Thanks for the offer of assistance. As I'm based in the UK, I have spoken to your HQ here and they are sending out a wrench.

    Regards,

    Glen

Hi Cathi, I am not sure what you meant by, "We will provide a wrench with any order tagged for a player if requested at the time of order (at no up-charge)." What does "tagged for a player" mean and where do I order this from? Is there a specific Titleist site to order clubs from? Thank you, Alex

Hi Alex,  When you order your fairway or hybrid (through any authorized Titleist pro shop or retailer), request a wrench to be shipped with the club.  There is no specific site - it is a request made by the pro shop at the time of order.

    Hi Cathi,

I am ordering a new 915 D2 and a 915 F next week from my Titleist Regional Fitting Centre here in Vancouver, B.C..

Firstly, I trust that the set up wrench comes with the D2 Driver?

Secondly, does the same wrench work between the Driver and the Fairway wood?

Thirdly, will I be able to "order" a cleaning tool for the Fairway Wood?

    Much thanks Cathi!

Hi Dino,  Yes, a wrench will come with the driver and will work for both the driver and the fairway.  In fact, the same wrench works for the 910 driver, fairway and hybrid as well as the 913 driver, fairway, hybrid and the 915 driver, fairway, hybrid. We don't have a "cleaning" tool that can be ordered for the metalwoods.

    Hi Cathi,

Thanks for the quick reply to my questions. I'm really excited about ordering the new clubs. Regarding the "cleaning tool" ... I have seen some discussion on TT about some form of a TT Cleaning brush or tool of some sort that came attached to a lanyard that worked rather well for cleaning grass/ dirt, etc. from the Active Recoil Channel on the Woods and the Hybrids.

So I was wondering if that was something that I could also order at the same time? If this does exist, it would be terrific. And, I am not adverse to spending a small amount for one either.

    Thanks, D.

This is one reason I play Titleist - actual concern and service for the golfer - besides unparalleled equipment.

hello Dino; You were asking Cathi about a cleaning tool for your new fairway woods. Titleist doesn't make a cleaning tool for the fairways, but I've found that the forks of my divot/ball mark tool works great for cleaning the channel out. I assume the channel is what you're talking about cleaning. I suppose everyone has from time to time hit a little behind the ball or caught a little too much turf with their fairways, and I'm for sure no exception. I've tried using a tee, but they are too wide, and a couple other things didn't work either, but try your divot/ball mark tool, it should work for you. If it happens to be too big, you can pick up one that fits for just a few bucks anywhere that sells golf acc. Enjoy your new clubs.

I just called my local dealer about this same issue and they told me I could only get a wrench if I bought a driver?  Which I bought a 915 today.

Hi Timothy,  Some retailers and pro shops may not aware that they can order a wrench with the fairway and/or hybrid if it is being ordered for a customer and not just stock.

  14. I recently bought two 915f fairway woods. As previous, no torque wrench supplied but I have one that came with a My Fly fairway wood. Would this be suitable, please?

  15. Hi Cathy!
I was wondering if my 910 D3 wrench can be used on a 915H
    Thanks!

Hi Michael, Yes, the wrench is the same for all 910, 913, 915, 917 metalwoods.
  17. Hi Cathi,

My first time buying Titleist, always have been a cally person. I ordered two 917 fairway woods and was somewhat surprised when they arrived to see I was sent one only additional weight and no torque wrench.
  18. I have 2 816 hybrids. While I love them, and would never give them up, they have the "grass catcher" channels that can be annoying to say the least. However, I did find an inexpensive car detailing brush at my local medium box store (regional chain) that fits the channels perfectly. Sometimes the best golf accessories are not made for golf at all.
