    I just wanted to give a big Thank you to Chris @ Team Titleist for coming through with excellent customer service.

    There was a bit of a mix up with my order of custom CB clubs.  I got in contact with Chris who promised and came through to make things right....... This is one of the many reasons why I am loyal to Titleist and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

    I'm sure others had great experiences dealing with members of the Team Titleist staff but I had to express my gratitude to Chris and Titleist for showing that customer service doesn't end with your purchase..

    You're so right Curtis. Cathi, and Chris have come through for me more than once. They can, and will fix little mix ups, and any issues that come up in record time, with no questions ask, except for info. Thanks Cathi, Chris, and TT for all you do for us.
