Are all heads created equal?

    I have a female friend who is selling her 714 AP1s with ladies flex shafts for a reasonable price and I am interested in purchasing them and just re-shafting them.  Is there any difference in the head specs or swing weight than the heads in a mens club?  If I re-shaft them would they be the same as any off-the-rack set?

    We would use a slightly heavier head with ladies clubs due to the lighter and shorter shafts, so if you reshafted them to men's standard length they would be approximately two swing weights heavier than standard.
