i have been playing Titleist irons for about 30 years. My current set is the AP2 714s.  My only issue with the irons is how fast the face finish wears off along with the numbers on the bottom. I know this is only cosmetic, however it is a distraction when standing over the ball. Will this be corrected with the 716 series? It also looks like the 716 MBs design is including some AP2 characteristics.  Is this true or am I just seeing things?
