Which will be easier to hit from the fairway, 909 F2 18.5 or the 909H 19 degree?

Get fitted when buying them. Before that sample both on range and on course to see which you are more comfortable with. This really depends on you, your type of game and what best fits your swing.

they are both easy to hit, played 17* 909 for a while, am switching to 18.5 fairway as i need to fill carry gap better between 3wd & 3 iron better. Now my woods are in 5* increments. (D2- 8.5, F2 - 13.5* & F2 - 18.5*) and i don't have to force the club to fill gap

909H 19 degree.  The hybrid would be weighted better and have less turf drag to hit off the fairway.  More times than not the hybrid versatility will be a benefit at that loft.

Totally depends on the player.  Your best bet would be to go to an authorized Titleist fitter and get fit for them and hit some demos.  We have several demo hybrids and fairways.  You can tell pretty fast which is the best one suited for your swing.
