just had a fitting at US 1 Golf with Mike Warobick and after a great fitting we ordered my AP1s !!!!!!!! now the wait. it's gonna be killing me waiting but it will be worth it. kinda bummed that my next round will be with my "old" clubs but super excited that the next one will be with my new ones !!!

now i'll cross my fingers that someday soon i'll be on the list to get a TT bag tag :)

Those bag tags are nice and look great on Titleist golf bags......those of us who have been fortunate enough to have gotten one wear them with pride.......some have even gone the extra step and had the TT logo embroidered on our bags with our names.......

Cathi:  Do you think that I would get more consistency from the AP1s in my 5,6,7 irons.  I purchased a set of 714 AP2s in November and like the irons very much and seem to hit the 8-PW more onsistently, but when it comes to the other irons I seem to be lacking.  I was fitted.  I previously was hitting Project X 5.5 2008 AP2s and the fitter changed me to XP 95 S300 SHAFTS.  I am 68 and normally play the senior tees which means I do play the shorter irons more ofter, which might be one of the problems, but when I hit the 7 iron I expect it go to at least 150 yards.......also I do not take a divot when I hit the ball or very little.......and as my pro says......I use my arms too much..........am I answering my own question.......chuck

The AP1's are going to be more forgiving, and probably give you more distance.  I would have your fitter take a look and if possible, see if your fitter can go out with you and take the AP1 6 fitting iron and go play with it.  Hit both the AP1's and the AP2's and see what is the difference on the course.

I also had my fitting done by Mike Warobick back in January ( Thanks to Cathi's recommendation ) . Mike is THE MAN. He is on US1 in Rockledge, FL, in Brevard County. If you live in the I-95 corridor, see Mike. You will not be sorry.
