This question is for after a club has been mailed in for a possible warranty issue.  First will I receive a notice when my club has been received ? Second will I be notified of any decision on my club?

Hi Jon, Normally, once we receive it, we will notify the account of status within 1-2 days.  Can you tell us what pro shop set up your warranty inspection?

Cathi,  my pro shop at Chester W Ditto in Arlington Tx. Set up the inspection for me. I guess it's been about 2 weeks ago.

Hi Jon,  Can you ask Chester Ditto for the RA so we can find out where it is and follow it for you?

Cathi, my apologies. Much to my dismay my club hasn't even been mailed in yet. I had been told it was mailed in two weeks ago but apparently they were mistaken. My Pro at the shop says he is still awaiting an RA number from Titleist. This has been an ongoing thing for almost a month and a half. Thanks for all you guy and gals TT do for us and your attentiveness to our concerns.

Hi Jon, I've followed this thread a bit and finally have to state some blunt facts. I've made calls nearly on a daily basis to just about every major and minor golf equipment manufacturer for 15 years+ to take care of warranty and repair issues. Titleist always handles things with the greatest knowledge and speed. There is no waiting for an RA number. The problem is discussed during the call, a path to a solution is outlined, and you get the RA number right there. Sometimes( not always), a shipping label is e-mailed that day. With an inspection or repair, the club(s) is then packaged, labeled, and put out for UPS/FedEx pickup. The pro shop has put this off costing you time and to top that off, they have not been honest. I understand there is no perceived glory on their end in taking care of warranty and repair issues, but as a Titleist account holder, it is their responsibility to help you get the situation resolved.
