On Thanksgiving night I purchased a combo set of AP2, CB, and MB irons, as I have been waiting for them to be released and after extensive testing and fittings I determined a combo set would complement my game the best. I'm slowly but surely assembling a bag of brand new clubs for the upcoming season (I live in PA so I have until April to assemble my set). I've been playing a lot of the same clubs for 5 years and as I've gotten better I wanted to upgrade my clubs to match. Since I just ordered new irons The next step is to get some new wedges. I wa hoping someone could answer my questions so I know which way to go. My irons are all 2 degrees upright after getting fit, and since my local course didn't have wedges in left handed (it's so hard to find left handed options to demo) I wasn't sure what was right for me. Do I get my wedges 2 degrees upright to match my irons or do I get them standard? Any feedback would be extremely helpful. Thank you!!

I was going to leave mine standard, but my fitter ordered my 52 degree wedge with the same 3/4 longer 2 degree flat set up as my irons to see if I liked it. I stopped at the turn on the first round to tell him to order my 56 and 60 degree wedges to match as well.

I have always been a good wedge player but I have improved a ton with the new set up on my wedges. I like consistency and to have the same set up with the same shaft is working excellent for me. Always a feel thing but il never get another set of wedges standard after having these its even helped improve spin and stop on the greens which has been an issue for me.
