Joining Club Cameron at Scotty's website is the way to get your foot in the door. Then you'll be notified ahead of time when limited edition putters, headcovers etc. are coming up for sale. After that, you just have to be ready to pull the trigger. The Masters headcover sold out in 10 minutes earlier this week on the website at close to $200 each!  Personally, I like the stand bags. They look fantastic.

You can find from an OTR putter to a Tour Protoype

the limited edition putters can only be purchased through a Titleist retailer, like a pro shop or larger golf retailer.  I would tell you to get in touch and maintain a good relationship with your local club and let them know that you are interested in Scotty Limiteds.  Also, the M&G in Japan is a good, albeit expensive way to gain access to some really great gear.
