Talk to your local Titleist rep. and have them fit you to the shaft that works best for you.  From their they should be able to order that shaft.  If not, contact the maker of the specific shaft and have them send it to you.

Is it possible to exchange at no cost?

You can purchase a "shaft alone" through any Titleist pro shop or retailer.  We don't have MSRP's so we recommend checking with several shops to get pricing.  If you work with a local green grass pro, you may want to check with him/her, too.  The shaft will come with the adaptor and a bezel weight, if requested.  We will not be able to exchange your shaft.
