Trying to sneak in last round of year, cold in Chicago, driver head snapped off on #16 tee.
What are my options?

Buy the 913! Ha, I'm sure that if you let Titleist know, they can take care of it for you. Just go to your local Titleist Rep, and have them take care of it for you.

Just about any club builder can fix you up.
Depending on the shaft you buy............it may turn out to be cheaper to buy another 907D2
I saw a 3balls.com ad, you can get 909's for under $100. Their used club rating is very strict, if you buy a club from them it will be in better shape than you expect.

Robert,
Take your club to an Authorized Titlesit dealer. They will send it back to Titleist for you. Being that it is a 907, there is no warranty. This will run you 50-60 bucks vs. buying a new driver or shaft.
