I made a customization order online on scottycameron.com and brought my packing slip and order information into Golf Galaxy on Saturday June 30 for them to place an order for a RH Newport 2 33". It is all paid for now but they were having system problems and the computer was not able to give a RH option so they went ahead and selected LH and said that they will write notes on the order to correct this. I've been chasing this up with them today to make sure it gets corrected but I'm having problems getting any straight responses. Is it possible for me to request confirmation from Titleist that this order has gone through correctly (as RH)? I requested any tracking numbers from them so that I can follow it up with you but they said there are none.
