Like Bobby C's last post, I got tired of all the claims made by other manufacturers and the fact that they update new clubs EVERY year, which just wears me out. I wanted something I could trust, count on, and not be obsolete every year. I now have Titleist clubs across the board, I'm a 13 handicap and Titleist is NOT just for low-handicappers. I hit every driver out there, but 910D2 shines in terms of accuracy, while it may be slightly shorter for me versus other drivers that have 1.5" more shaft length, I'm way more accurate. I basically have just two shafts in my clubs, both very high end. I have the Bassera in my 910D2 driver, 910F fairway woods and 910H hybrids, and the Tour 65AD in my AP1 712 irons and 58' & 54' SM4 wedges - I've put Winn XI7 on all the clubs and my set is fantastic.

Finally, the widemouth 14-way stand bag is the best bag I've ever had....

I don't buy into the other companies hype either. My Titleist bag is full of Titleist equipment also. has been and always will be. It's like they say, Trust Titleist!

Good choices, all.  But don't look now.  The new 913 driver is about to arrive.  (It's going to be tough to get my 907 out of my bag though.)

Ditto.  Except steel shafts on the Vokeys, and a Ping driver (12 degree - before the D2 had it).  Love 'em.  Plan on a D2 913 to start the year.

  5. Mark,

Glad to hear that you're enjoying your Titleist equipment. Accuracy, in my opinion, is much more important than distance. Now, the 910's have great distance and are very accurate it terms of your shot dispersion.
