How to track wedge order?

Was fitted by an advanced titleist fitter and ordered 3 vokey SM4 wedges, 50 degree KBS tour X-stiff soft stepped, 56 degree bent to 55 KBS Stiff, and 60 degree KBS tour stiff on March 16th.  Shafts match my current irons.  No other customization/wedgeworks process done.  Was told 10 days for order completion.    

    No word on delivery so earlier this week I called the 888-Titleist number, provided order date, Advanced fitter name/location and was told that the order information couldn't be shared due to privacy reasons unless there's a PO or order number.  The rep went through a "mock order" to see the order timeline of the wedges, all looking to be 3-4 days from order submission, delivery should of occurred week of March 26.  

    Called up the Advanced fitter and asked for the PO/order number and was told they're checking on it.  No response in 2 days.  

    No problem is the items are back-ordered or other issue, but just looking for any information.  Is there any order tracking process out there?  As of now, I've contacted both sides and can't get an answer out of either.

    I also contacted them and they have told me they will contact you and let you know what is happening with your order.
