I have played NS Pro 100 stiff shafts for a number of years and surprising got fitted for the XP's in my new AP1's when I was ready to order the NS Pro's.  They are a great shaft and I would highly recommend them.

From reading at truetemper.com, I get that they are between dynamic gold and dynamic gold hl(high launch), in weight, launch, and spin characteristics.
