For Ryan - AP2 loft adjustment

    Hi,

    Besides a slightly lower ball flight and a shade more distance, what else would I get from strengthening my AP2 lofts? I get the impression I may get less spin (I'm looking to improve accuracy by reducing side-spin). 

    Using C-Taper shafts now - real improvement in my accuracy already...

    You will lose a little spin and height but that won't cause a problem.

    So, when I lose spin will that mean only backspin or sidespin as well?

    My point was to ask Ryan if people strengthened the loft to improve accuracy by decreasing sidespin.

    So, anyone, what effect does stronger loft have on sidespin?

    Hi Kevin! I assume you wanted to ask me? I would say they strengthening the lofts may improve your flight conditions if indeed you create too much spin. It wouldn't necessarily improve accuracy.
