I just got back from the golf shop and I was taking the D3 to 119-121 mph clubhead and 178 ballspeed! I have done this a few times to see what the deal is (mistake or not) and it keeps coming back the same. I play the R11 driver right now and am about 115-117 clubhead. My shaft is heavier 80g vs. the D3's 65? - maybe it was 70? I know it was lighter... Does an X-flex come in this light weight? I love my R11 because I hit most of my fairways (~75%) - or, at worst, I am in the rough with a very occasional stray here or there.  My priority is being accurate! The Titleist drivers have been the only other woods that make me consider trading in.  I hit a Titleist 3-wood today and loved it - this coming from someone who hates 3-woods!! It was a 910F? The guy said it was a few years old so... Anyway, I hit this thing solid and straight!! A miracle for me and a 3-wood. I know you support a lot of players, but do not see you guys jumping on the "bandwagon" of the RBZ, Adams, swoosh, etc. I must say, I commend that!  To me, if you do not feel the need to brag, you show confidence in what you do. So, what is it that Titleist does? I play the Pro-V1 and I have a Scotty putter (C-T Del Mar) but never have hit any of your other stuff until recently - I am still kind of new at this (first round of golf in 1/2006). Is there a place you guys recommend in Nothern Ca. for testing more stuff out? I am really intrigued if you can beat the numbers with the accuracy of my R11 and 3-wwod! What about irons? I use old miz Mp32's and love the feel, how do your irons compare? After hitting your 3-wood today, I felt like swapping my entire bag!! I have about seven 3-woods and have zero confidence in all of them. Basically, in my round-about usual yapping, do you ever do Titleist events/testing here in NorCal? I hate "demo-days" and swing monitors, etc. but would risk it if things look this good!

Hi Christopher,  Our FittingWorks Van is based in Northern california and will start back up in April.  The schedule for fitting days and the van will be posted at: http://www.titleist.com/find%2Da%2Dgolf%2Dshop/#events.

The other option is to go to one of our Advanced Fitters up there.  We have one in the East Bay at The Bridges in San Ramon - Steve is the fitter there and his number is;  925.735.3091, in the north bay at Sacramento, we have Haggin Oaks and you can talk with Marcus or John -916-808-2526, in the south bay we have Palo Alto and Kevin can help you there - his number is:  650-856-0881

Chris, try all 910 stuff, all phenominal, my whole bag is titleist, the MB's are great looking, and outstanding performance, and the woods are A+
