    Is Titleist looking at coming back out with the ZBs or any other blended set of forged irons? I love the playability if the MBs but would like some more forgiveness on my long irons.

    Just an FYI that you can purchase a new set of irons with a combination of CB's & MB's. I recently purchased the new712's with 3-5 CB's and 6-PW MB.

    I hope so!  Presently, I play a 735.CM iron set and love them.  There is a market for the progressive blended set out there.  I hope the designers/R&D group are looking into it!

    I currently play and love the ZB's. Although you can create your own set with the MB's and CB's, I really like the half cavity in the mid irons. Just enough forgiveness with workability. Seems like a sacrifice to either put MB's or CB's in their place. I have been holding out waiting for a new blended set from Titleist before upgrading. Hopefully 2013 when they introduce their new products.

    I recently just made my own blended set with 712mb (Pw-6) and 712cb (5-3). My home course fitted me and recommended the blended set. You can do the combination any way you want too.
