Titleist 910 D3 and Shaft question

    I want to get the 910 D3 with the Aldila A Rip 70 shaft...my question: is that a custom shaft option or is it a specific shaft made for titleist? I would prefer the shaft from Aldila and not one that is stock, I don't see an upcharge, so I assume it is a stock shaft. If you could clarify that would be great...thanks.

    The Aldila RIP alpha is a stock shaft and the same shaft that you can purchase after market.  The RIP 60, 70 and 80 are no upcharge shafts in the 910 metalwoods.

    i purchased the aldila 70 gm rip from my local titleist dealer it is the real thing not made for,i believe titleist sets a basic msrp and lets the dealer set their own price. my cost for the shaft was 175.00.
