Switching from AP1 to AP2

    Hi people, this is a reworded re-post as my previous question went unanswered.  I was hoping someone may be able to share their experience of switching from AP1 to AP2 in terms of distance, control, feel etc etc.  I am contemplating such a move but have a few niggling doubts which would mean investing in 712 AP1 to replace 710 AP1 (correctly fitted this time) instead of the 712 AP2.

    Hi, I consider the samething. I made the switch from AP1 710 to AP2 712. I could not be happier. To me they feel and look better. I really did not have any trouble hitting these irons. I seem to have control of flight and distance. How ever , I did have difficulty with the long irons. So, I went with Ap1 712 3,4 and 5 irons. Now I am very pleased with my iron set up. You can't go wrong with these irons.

    Craig,

     Make sure you switch to an iron that provides the most consistency.  Do know that these 712 AP1 and AP2 are more forgiving than they have ever been.  The 712 AP1 are 4% more forgiving and the 712 AP2 are 7% more forgiving.
