Can you tell me if the long Titleist Scotty Cameron Big Sur putter that Robert Garrigus is using is available to consumers and at what price? If not, when it will be? Is there a description or some specs available?

Robert Garrigus is using the 46" Scotty Cameron Big Sur S.  This putter will be available in May and it's MSRP is $375.  Custom lengths for this long will range from 46"-52" (.5" increments).

Will the Big sur will be available to special order a 41 inch shaft and when the GoLo/BigSur line should be in store???

 The Big Sur will only come in long lengths that range from 47"-52".  The Mid lengths will be in the GoLo (mallet) model and will come in lengths ranging from 41"-46".

How can they even justify charging that much for a black version of the red x.
