I have voiced my enthusiasm for Vokey TVD wedges on this forum in the past, so I just want to reiterate that if you are looking for new wedges definitely look into the TVD line (Tour Van Design). These are truly first class wedges that are equally suited for a digger or slider.
I got to play 9 holes today, and getting up and down with my 54 and 58 TVDs saved me at least 2 or 3 shots. Needing a birdie for a 39 on the par 5 9th hole at Dyker Beach in Brooklyn, I hit driver, 3 wood and then my 58 over a bunker to a tight pin to two feet and made the putt. The ball was sitting down in the rough - I just put a normal swing on it and it flew and checked up as if I had played it from a perfect lie in the fairway.
The TVDs do what you want and need them to do, time and time again, building your confidence and lowering your scores in the process. I don't mean to sound like a commercial here, but they simply rock.
