Yes, we Titleist loyalists would like to take advantage of the technological superiority of white paint. ;-)
HA! Love the sarcasm.

Matt,
There are no plans to make any white drivers or metal woods in the future.

Thank God. White clubs are not classy at all. The traditional black color is one of the signatures that Titleist has and I want it to stay that way. Never would a classy company such as this one give into a Taylormade idea that is just a pathetic way to be different.

I couldn't have said it any better. Please, please, please don't quit making the classic profile black drivers!

Hey, let's not fault TM from using appearance and gimmicks to make up for the horrible sound of their drivers at impact - no matter how misguided their attempt is.

If not using a can of white spray paint, I suppose Titleist will also pass on the technology of the stock 46.5 inch driver to increase distance.

If you haven't already done so, check out the sneak preview of the new 913 drivers that Titleist will be fielding to the tour pros at the AT&T this week. Some sweet cosmetic changes--including the new head cover. Am interested in finding out what technological changes have been made, as well. What will the pros say?

Seems to me the photos show some kind of different wieght inserts in the bottom of the 913. Can't wait to learn more...

It was actually tongue in cheek - if I could hit a competitor's 5I, I wouldn't need my 4H. ...Since the specifications for 5I match the Titleist 4I, they should be longer (or more difficult to hit...). Last time I checked the D2/D3 are still listed at $399 and a 48 inch competitor driver is almost half the launch price now. Like a Brooks Brothers suit, good taste never goes out of style.

Thank you very much for saying this. In all honesty, if Titleist every switched from "traditional" looking clubs, and went white, etc., I'd have to reconsider my equipment options.

aside from the drivers, will titleist release a 913 fd?
Tyler StahleAndover, MA
I agree with everyone else. Don't put white on a classy driver. You should put a mat black finish on your woods and drivers.

Please NO WHITE head . And Please make sure the current sure fit adaptor will fit the new 913 Head ... Finally found a shaft that works ( for me )

I second this motion. on both parts. its hard to find a shaft that fits and if the two are interchangeable then it will turn at 750 dollar driver into a 500 dollar driver. also are you going to release a 7.5 version this time?

It's the same old arms race; everyone runs out to get the latest equipment, computer, TV, etc.
If you're happy with the equipment you use now, why not stick with it? I'm staying with my gear. I've also observed that most people who aren't happy with their equipment aren't likely to be any happier with the newer stuff, either, LOL!

Hey Team Titleist- with the success of the R11 and the Burner (white headed drivers) and the new R11s and RBZ drivers coming out,are there any plans to produce any white headed Titleist drivers similar to the look of the S3 limited release drivers???? That would be AWESOME!
GEEEEEZ....no it wouldn't!

A little courtesy please. I think the use of the word "AWESOME" is a clue that this post was made by somebody on the younger end of the age spectrum. I personally don't care for gaudy graphics (there will never be a Cameron putter in my bag as I think they are seriously ugly sticks) but I would not want to dampen any youthful enthusiasm.
